Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our cloud-based platform (“Tailblazer AI“). By clicking the "Agree" button presented on the pop-up screen, you ("User" or "you"), on behalf of the clinic you represent ("Clinic"), agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use Tailblazer AI.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the Clinic and Tailblazer AI. Your clicking the "Agree" button signifies the Clinic's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the Clinic to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Free Trial Period

We offer a fifteen (15) day free trial period commencing upon the Clinic's initial login to Tailblazer AI. During this trial period, the Clinic will have access to all features of Tailblazer AI at no charge.

3. Transition to Paid Subscription

Upon the expiration of the fifteen (15) day free trial period, the Clinic will no longer have access to Tailblazer AI tools unless transitioning to a paid subscription. Upon subscribing, the Clinic will be billed according to our then-current pricing for the subscription plan selected.

4. Cancellation

The Clinic may cancel its subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the Clinic's access to the paid features of Tailblazer AI will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting the Clinic's data and the data of its clients. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose the Clinic's or its clients' data to any third parties for marketing or any other purposes. This data will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services offered by Tailblazer AI.

6. User and Clinic Responsibilities

The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under the Clinic's account. The Clinic agrees to use Tailblazer AI in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

Tailblazer AI and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain our exclusive property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tailblazer AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Clinic's use of or inability to use Tailblazer AI.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify the Clinic of any material changes. The Clinic's continued use of Tailblazer AI following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Data Deletion Instructions

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services and want your data deleted, follow the instructions below:

Steps to Remove Data from Facebook

Go to your Facebook Account Settings.
Navigate to "Apps and Websites".
Find and select our app from the list of connected apps.
Click "Remove" to delete the app and all associated data.

Request Data Deletion from Our Servers

If our app stores data outside Facebook's platform, you can request its deletion by contacting us directly. Please include the following details in your request:

Your full name
The email address you used to register
Any relevant details about your account

Send your request to: support@tailblazer-ai.com. We will process it within 72 hours.

Legal Compliance

We adhere to data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA. Your data will be permanently deleted within 72 hours of receiving a verified request.
